Return and Refund Policy

  1. Only unopened products with intact original packaging, no signs of use and complete accessories are eligible for return or exchange applications within 7 calendar days upon receipt.
  2. Any product that has been opened, had seals torn off, protective films removed, tried on, tested, washed or assembled shall be denied return and refund without exception.

  3. Intimate apparel, cosmetics, jewelry, custom-made items and clearance discounted goods are not eligible for after-sales return or exchange, whether unopened or opened.

  4. Returns and exchanges are permitted only for orders with incorrect items shipped by us or factory defects (evidence must be provided while the product remains unopened). Requests arising from subjective reasons such as personal dislike, ill-fitting size or discrepancy from expectation will not be honored.

  5. For orders meeting return/exchange criteria, only the actual paid value of the goods will be refunded. Shipping fees, platform service charges and customs duties are non-refundable. Applications caused by man-made bumps, damage or submission past the time limit will be rejected outright.
