Logistics Policy
- Multiple logistics channels are available. Shipping fees are subject to the display on the order page. Logistics tracking numbers will be provided after shipment. The estimated delivery time is 7–15 days.
- Return, detention, additional warehousing fees or customs duties caused by incorrect address/phone number filled by the Buyer, failed delivery, unsigned receipt or refusal of delivery shall be fully borne by the Buyer. The Store shall not provide compensation.
- After the parcel is delivered to the logistics service provider, the risks of damage, loss or delay in transit shall be transferred to the logistics party. The Buyer shall contact the logistics provider for claims; the Store may assist in providing documents but shall not advance any compensation amount.
- Customs duties, inspection fees and remote area delivery surcharges incurred at the destination customs shall be borne by the recipient.
- The Store shall not be liable for transportation delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, strict customs inspections, holiday warehouse congestion and other unforeseeable circumstances.
